Our Professional Services team supports some of the world’s major organizations to help make the internet work for them. We work as part of an integrated team, directly with customers, to successfully integrate their online properties and business services onto our platform. We provide consultative approaches to our customers’ most complex technical problems.

Partner with our enterprise customers

You’ll be involved with projects end to end, from design through implementation, testing and sign-off. As the technical expert, sharing your knowledge, you will lead the way in delivering the best solution to our customers. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, in a fast-moving environment, across our cutting-edge technologies you’ll never stop learning.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Owning all technical aspects of delivery (e.g. design, test, go-live) of media, web and security solutions
• Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers, delivering value with every engagement
• Innovating and continually improving our internal methodologies and processes
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or other related technical field or its equivalent in work experience
• Hands on experience with internet technologies and understanding of IP networks, DNS, routing and communication protocols (IP, DNS, HTTP, TCP, UDP)
• Demonstrated experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services
• Have experience with Linux/Unix systems
• Have experience working with scripting languages such as Python, PERL and JavaScript to implement APIs in DevOps environments
• Have experience solving complex technical challenges and implementing an end-to-end solution
• Have experience with Streaming Media encoding and Delivery (HDS, HLS, MPEG-DASH)
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner
