Seeking a driven, proactive, and knowledgeable support team lead to oversee our APJ customer support team. Join us and work with cutting-edge technology revolutionizing organizational protection against advanced cyber threats.

As a Technical Support Senior Lead , you will be responsible for:

• Leading a distributed team of customer support engineers in APJ
• Learning and gaining in depth experience in micro-segmentation and zero trust network security.
• Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues.
• Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams.
• Leading investigations on Akamai's Guardicore micro-segmentation and Zero Trust products for customers.
• Analyzing technical issues on Akamai's Guardicore micro-segmentation and Zero Trust products and proposing solutions.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields.
• Have 2+ years of experience leading a distributed customer support team
• Have a track record of meeting support KPIs and SLAs, and achieving high customer satisfaction scores
• Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers.
• Have knowledge of the technologies: Linux Operating System (Mandatory), Basic Networking, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies
• Have high availability and a responsive mindset.
• Have basic knowledge of any Scripting Languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python .
