Our Transformation & Operations team partners across the Cloud Technology Group to meet the needs of the business and our customers. We collaborate to make smart, informed data-driven decisions. Our team empowers the business through developing and executing processes that drive alignment and excellence across Akamai.

Partner with the best

As a Strategy & Operations Program Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting execution and evolution. You will be responsible for process operations and improvements to support diverse teams in achieving Akamai's most critical outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the various organizations.

As a Program Manager Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting operations of business-critical processes.
• Working closely with teams across the business to answer questions and ensure that the process supports their work.
• Identifying areas for process improvement, making proposals for changes, and seeing them through to completion.
• Creating, editing, and updating documentation that supports program teams and individuals leveraging our processes.
• Supporting preparation for meetings with senior executives.
• Helping contribute to the future direction of our Transformation and Operations function within CTG.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Have knowledge or Be willing to learn Google Drive, Outlook, Confluence, and JIRA
• Have excellent written and spoken English
• Be able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
