You will lead a team of engineers responsible for designing, planning and driving implementations of segmentation projects. You will work with customers to provide creative solutions and achieve high customer satisfaction. You will use your technical skills and critical thinking to propose innovative problem-solving solutions for our customers.

As a Micro Segmentation Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading our growing Micro Segmentation Professional Services team in Western Europe.
• Leading the planning, installation and integration of products in diverse environments using automation and configuration tools.
• Working with customers throughout the project life-cycle. Deploying and configuring state of the art Micro-Segmentation and Security platforms.
• Ensuring successful delivery of advanced professional services e.g. customizations, training, expansions, configurations and optimisations ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and drive customer post-sales satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience leading a growing team, recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Have solid experience in a customer-facing role, implementing enterprise software and infrastructure or a Professional Services role.
• Have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting software or networking equipment.
• Have in-depth knowledge in technologies such as, Operating Systems, Networking, Cloud, Virtualization and Scripting.
• Have great communication skills with the ability to build successful relationships with both remote and global teams.
• Be willing to travel periodically based on both customer and business needs.
