Customer Support Specialists are problem solvers at heart and dedicated to providing effortless customer experiences. They expertly troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues for all Linode products and services. Become a trusted advocate for customers

In this role, you are the first point of contact for a wide variety of customer issues. It is your job to ensure customers get the help they need timely, accurately, and with sincerity.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing solutions for our customers via support tickets, emails, and phone calls.
• Having excellent communication skills and the natural ability to earn our customer's trust.
• Being familiar with all Linode products, services, and systems both technically and operationally.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to communicate and coordinate solutions for customer issues.

• Demonstrate knowledge of software/hardware troubleshooting, Linux, and fundamental computing concepts.
• Possess clear and concise writing and the ability to explain complex subjects simply.
• Be naturally curious and seek out opportunities to learn new things to deepen your technical expertise.
• Be fluent in both Japanese and English
