Collaborate to deliver the best customer experience

This role offers a good mix of business, technical, customer facing, and internal work. You can enjoy the excitement of all these aspects, as well as working on new themes, both company-wide projects as well as unique initiatives unique to our team.

As a Client Service Manager Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with different teams around the globe
• Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Acting as an advocate for our customers to ensure the success of the account

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate experience of working in a customer focused, service or IT industry environment
• Have fluency in Japanese and business level English
• Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment
• Have a keen interest in understanding how the internet and the cloud works
• Show good knowledge and experience with reporting and data collection
• Have experience with Microsoft Office with focus on Excel, including working with pivot tables and v-lookups
